  • Pages visited, session duration, referral source (via Google Analytics 4)

When You Create an Account

  • Name and email address
  • Username and password (stored encrypted)

When You Make a Purchase

  • Billing name and email address
  • Payment information — processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store card numbers
  • Purchase history and download records

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To fulfil your order — process payment, deliver download links, manage your account
  • To communicate with you — order confirmations, receipts, support responses
  • To improve the site — analytics help us understand how people use Reader’s Shack

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and financial obligations. Purchase records are kept for at least 5 years for compliance purposes.

We use HTTPS across the site. Passwords are stored using strong one-way encryption. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.

No system is entirely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data — and to request a portable copy of it.
